Sculpture made with pieces of metal from the old dome of Berlin – Berliner Dom. Gold plated copper.
Lamp designed with reflector spots.
Connected to a rotating motor the sculpture reflects the intense light of the lamp. The shadow projected on the wall, resembles an eclipse. Throughout the construction of the sculpture, small pieces of the gold layer covering the metal were collected. Visitors were invited to take a small amount of this material and, making a wish, throw it into the sculpture.

Fernanda Trevellin creates sculptures with crystals, gold plated copper, and metal from the old dome of Berlin Cathedral. Trevellin was born in Brazil, and she is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
